Deine Aufgaben

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von 6-8 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern in den Bereichen Customer Journey, Operations Support und Warehouse. * Analyse, Modellierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer End-to-End-Geschäftsprozesse. * Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette unter Anwendung von Lean-Management-Methoden. * Initiierung, Leitung und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungs-, Change- und Digitalisierungsprojekten. * Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Best Practices sowie kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP/CIP). * Moderation von Workshops (z. B. Kaizen- oder Value-Stream-Mapping-Workshops) sowie Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen. * Analyse relevanter Prozesskennzahlen (KPIs), Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen und Sicherstellung eines nachhaltigen Performance-Monitorings. * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Customer Care, Vertrieb, IT und weiteren Fachbereichen zur Entwicklung effizienter und kundenorientierter Prozesse. * Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme, Automatisierungen und digitaler Lösungen. * Förderung einer Lean-Kultur sowie Coaching und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der nachhaltigen Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen. * Verantwortung für die Zielerreichung, Ressourcenplanung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der verantworteten Teams.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. * Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Prozessmanagement, Operational Excellence, Lean Management oder Continuous Improvement. * Erfahrung in der Analyse, Modellierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen. * Führungserfahrung sowie Freude daran, Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter zu entwickeln, zu coachen und erfolgreich durch Veränderungen zu begleiten. * Kenntnisse in Lean Management, Kaizen, Six Sigma, BPMN oder vergleichbaren Methoden sind von Vorteil. * Erfahrung im Projekt- und Change-Management. * Analytisches Denkvermögen, unternehmerisches Handeln und ein ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis. * Kommunikationsstärke, Moderationskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, bereichsübergreifend erfolgreich zusammenzuarbeiten. * Hohe Eigeninitiative, Hands-on-Mentalität sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. * Einwandfreie Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
