Derzeit suchen wir für unseren Mobility Standort in Graz eine_n 1 Teamleiter_in Stahlbau

Ihr neues Aufgabenfeld - herausfordernd und zukunftsorientiert:

* Operative Steuerung und Koordination des Tagesgeschäfts im Produktionsumfeld

* Sicherstellung stabiler Prozesse sowie Begleitung von Produktanläufen

* Analyse von Abweichungen und Einleitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Gewährleistung der Materialverfügbarkeit und eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs

* Pflege und Verwaltung relevanter Produktions- und Qualitätsdaten

* Fachliche Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden

* Vorleben von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Unternehmensstandards

* Umsetzung vereinbarter Ziele sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen (KVP)

* Planung und Koordination des Mitarbeitereinsatzes

* Zentrale Schnittstelle für den Informationsfluss zwischen Teams und Führungskräften

* Durchführung regelmäßiger Feedbackgespräche sowie aktive Förderung einer positiven Teamkultur

* Frühzeitiges Erkennen, Ansprechen und Lösen von Konflikten

Ihre Qualifikationen - fundiert und adäquat:

* Abgeschlossene Lehre mit LAP im metallverarbeitenden Bereich oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Fertigungs- oder Produktionsumfeld

* Gute SAP/R3-Kenntnisse

* REFA-Grundausbildung von Vorteil

* Meisterprüfung und/oder Unternehmerprüfung wünschenswert

* Kenntnisse in Produktsicherheit und Qualitätsmanagement

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie Erfahrung in Gesprächsführung und Konfliktmanagement

* Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

Was muss ich noch wissen?

Wir bieten ein attraktives Vergütungspaket, das Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung entspricht. Das Bruttojahresgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt für diese Funktion mindestens EUR 54.439,42. Je nach Ausbildung und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich. Siemens als Großkonzern bietet darüber hinaus weitere Sozialleistungen und Benefits.
