EBNER GROUP 1 Teamleitung Group Controlling (w/m/d) Als Verstärkung für unsere Controlling-Abteilung in Leonding suchen wir eine motivierte Teamleitung Group Controlling. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Führungsposition verantworten Sie die konzernweite Steuerung und Analyse von Finanzkennzahlen, schaffen fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen und leisten damit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur strategischen Ausrichtung und zum nachhaltigen Unternehmenserfolg.

AUFGABEN

* Verantwortung für das gruppenweite Reporting (Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse) sowie Weiterentwicklung relevanter KPIs

* Erstellung von Budget, Forecast und Mittelfristplanung inklusive Abweichungs- und Trendanalysen

* Analyse von Performance, Profitabilität und Cashflow sowie Ableitung von Steuerungsimpulsen

* Strategischer Sparringspartner für VP Finance & Controlling sowie Geschäftsführung bei finanziellen und strategischen Fragestellungen

* Business Partner für Fachbereiche und Management bei Entscheidungsprozessen

* Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen, Tools und Standards auf Gruppenebene

PROFIL

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Finanzen, Controlling o. Ä.) sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, inklusive erste Führungserfahrung

* Erfahrung im internationalen bzw. gruppenweiten Umfeld, idealerweise im Industrie- oder Anlagenbau

* Fundierte Expertise in Group Controlling, Management Reporting, KPI-Systemen sowie in Planung und Forecasting

* Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für finanzielle Steuerungsgrößen (Bilanz, Cashflow, Working Capital sowie Margen- und Cash-Management)

* Hohe System- und Datenaffinität im Umgang mit BI-, ERP- und Planungstools (z. B. SAP, Power BI, Tagetik)

* Strategisch denkende, umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit klarer Kommunikation mit Top-Manager-Ebene und ausgeprägter Business-Partner-Mentalität

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
