Je geeft leiding aan een team van circa 20 professionals. Het Bureau Bestuur en Directie (BBD) vormt het professionele ondersteuningshart van de provinciale organisatie. Binnen BBD werken managementassistenten en ondersteuners voor onder meer Gedeputeerde Staten, de directie, de afdeling Bestuurszaken en de Ondernemingsraad. Ook de secretarissen van onder meer de Kring van van de Koning, de directie en de afdeling Bestuurszaken maken onderdeel uit van een gezamenlijke pool. De afdeling Bestuurszaken van provincie Gelderland zet een volgende stap in haar ontwikkeling. Uit een evaluatie blijkt dat enkele teams te groot zijn geworden, waardoor de werkbelasting voor teammanagers hoog is en verdere professionalisering van de organisatie, samenwerking en aansturing gewenst is. Dit geldt ook voor het huidige team Advies Bestuur en Directie. Daarom wordt dit team opgesplitst in twee nieuwe teams, ieder met een eigen focus. Het team Bestuursadvies en Besluitvorming richt zich op het bestuurlijk besluitvormingsproces en de bestuursadvisering. Het team Bureau Bestuur en Directie bundelt de ondersteunende staffuncties voor bestuur, directie en bedrijfsvoering. Voor dit nieuwe team Bureau Bestuur en Directie zoeken wij een teammanager die verder bouwt aan de ontwikkeling van het team. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de afdelingsbrede bedrijfsvoering van Bestuurszaken. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte en toekomstbestendige inrichting daarvan, in lijn met de organisatiedoelen en in samenwerking met andere afdelingen.
