Wij zoeken een Teammanager die niet alleen leiding geeft, maar een positieve beweging creëert. Jouw rol Als Teammanager ben jij het kloppende hart van onze locatie De Dag Door in Boxmeer. De kinderopvang en peuteropvang bevinden zich midden in het mooie Weijerpark, met een ruime buitenruimte waar de kinderen volop kunnen ontdekken. De BSO bevindt zich in basisschool De Weijerwereld. De Dag Door aan het Weijerplein bestaat uit 1 babygroep, 1 peutergroep en 2 BSO groepen. Je bent zichtbaar, betrokken en altijd dichtbij. Jij zorgt ervoor dat kinderen, ouders en medewerkers zich veilig, gezien en gesteund voelen. Je werkt vanuit transformationeel leiderschap: je inspireert, motiveert en tilt jouw team naar een hoger niveau. Je stimuleert eigenaarschap, bouwt aan samenwerking en bewaakt de pedagogische kwaliteit met een scherpe blik én een warm hart. Daarnaast pak je thema's op zoals verzuim, duurzame inzetbaarheid, werving & selectie en werk je samen met partners zoals basisscholen en de oudercommissie. Jij bent de verbinder die ervoor zorgt dat alles klopt. Wat ga je doen? - Je geeft pedagogische sturing op locatie en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de opvang; - Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de locatie(s) en weet wat er speelt in de teams; - Je coacht en begeleidt pedagogisch professionals in hun ontwikkeling en werkt daarvoor nauw samen met de pedagogisch coach; - Je vertaalt strategisch beleid naar locatiedoelen en stelt het pedagogisch werkplan voor de locatie(s) op; - Je signaleert en analyseert ontwikkelingen en knelpunten in de uitvoering van het oper...
