Als Teammanager Pensioenservice speel jij daarin een belangrijke rol. Je geeft leiding aan een klantteam van 18 pensioenprofessionals dat verantwoordelijk is voor de pensioenuitvoering voor het pensioenfonds van Philips . Je zorgt dat je team optimaal presteert, zich blijft ontwikkelen en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor kwaliteit en dienstverlening. Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan het aansturen van de operatie. Vanuit jouw ruime pensioenervaring ben je een stevige gesprekspartner voor het pensioenfonds . Je hebt wekelijks contact met het pensioenbureau, haalt actief op wat er speelt, signaleert ontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar heldere uitvoeringsconsequenties en concrete verbeteringen. Je krijgt de ruimte om richting te geven, beslissingen te nemen en zichtbaar impact te maken op je team, onze dienstverlening én de relatie met het pensioenfonds. Wat houdt dit in? Als Teammanager combineer je leiderschap, pensioeninhoud en klantcontact . Je werkt vanuit dienend leiderschap. Je geeft medewerkers vertrouwen en verantwoordelijkheid, stimuleert samenwerking en helpt het team verder te groeien in zelfstandigheid en professionaliteit. Tegelijkertijd houd je scherp zicht op resultaat, kwaliteit en klantafspraken. Je kijkt vooruit, ziet waar processen slimmer kunnen en neemt initiatief om verbeteringen daadwerkelijk te realiseren.
