Frisius MC als werkgever - Vrijwilliger worden Werken bij Frisius MC - Huidige: Teammanager IT Service management Teammanager IT Service management Salaris € 4.246 - € 6.220 Jouw afdeling en collega's Je geeft leiding aan negentien collega's van de ICT Servicedesk. Vijftien collega's werken in Leeuwarden en vier in Heerenveen. Nu zijn dit nog twee teams met ieder hun eigen manier van werken. De komende tijd groeien ze toe naar één Servicedesk voor beide locaties. Samen met je medewerkers geef jij vorm aan die ontwikkeling. Je hoeft daarbij niet boven op de dagelijkse operatie te zitten. Twee senior collega's regelen de werkverdeling, roosters en prioriteiten. Bij grote verstoringen nemen zij de operationele leiding. Jij richt je vooral op je medewerkers, de ontwikkeling van het team en verbeteringen op de lange termijn. Samen met twee andere teammanagers en de IT-manager vorm je het managementteam. Dit managementteam is onderdeel van het centrum Informatie & Datatechnologie. Jij bij Frisius MC Als Teammanager IT Service Management ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, continuïteit en doorontwikkeling van de IT-dienstverlening binnen Frisius MC. Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers beschikken over professionele ondersteuning, gestandaardiseerde processen en een moderne servicemanagementorganisatie die aansluit bij de strategische ambities van Frisius MC. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om te kijken waar het beter of slimmer kan. Kan TOPdesk handiger worden ingericht? Biedt AI kansen om collega's sneller te helpen? Of kunnen de eerste en tweede lijn beter samenwerken? Zie jij een kans, dan onderzoek je wat nodig is, breng je de juiste mensen bij elkaar en zorg je dat verbeteringen ook worden uitgevoerd.
