Opdrachtomschrijving Voor tijdelijk leiderschap binnen Juridische en Bestuurlijke Zaken (JBZ) bij de RDW zoeken wij een ervaren interim-teammanager voor onze locatie Zoetermeer. De RDW is een publieke organisatie met een cruciale maatschappelijke taak: het waarborgen van veiligheid, duurzaamheid en betrouwbaarheid in mobiliteit. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van juridische specialisten en zorg je voor een professioneel en prettig werkklimaat. Je fungeert als strategisch adviseur voor en met het management van JBZ en waarborgt dat besluitvorming voldoet aan wet- en regelgeving. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het verder ontwikkelen van onze dienstverlening en neem je deel aan projecten als bestuurlijk-juridische generalist. Je begeleidt de specialisten zodat zij hun werk zelfstandig en kwalitatief goed kunnen uitvoeren. Je bent beschikbaar als sparringpartner, stimuleert samenwerking en zorgt dat het team optimaal functioneert. Daarbij kun je dossiers op hoofdlijnen snel scannen, je eigen maken en de juiste route bepalen, zodat prioriteiten helder zijn en het team effectief kan handelen. Met jouw stevige bestuurlijke/juridische achtergrond en ervaring als leidinggevende combineer je je expertise met bestuurlijk inzicht om richting te geven en knopen door te hakken. Omdat het een interim-opdracht van drie maanden betreft, is kennis van de RDW-organisatie en ervaring in een complexe, besluitvormende omgeving een sterke pré.
