Het team is ontstaan in een crisissituatie ten tijde van het uitbreken van de oorlog in Oekraïne. De afgelopen tijd is ingezet op het brengen van rust en structuur in het team. Zo zijn er voor de opvang van Oekraïnse ontheemden locaties geregeld die voor de langere termijn beschikbaar zijn, zijn werkprocessen ontwikkeld en beschreven en is de administratie (financiën en contracten) beter gestructureerd. Daarmee is het team nu klaar om ingebed te worden in de organisatie. Deze inbedding duurt zeker tot 1 januari 2027 en tot die tijd is zowel personeel als inhoudelijk management van het team nodig. Het programma Nieuwkomers bevindt zich in een overgangsfase van programmateam naar een structurele inrichting binnen de gemeentelijke organisatie. De opdracht van de teammanager is primair gericht op het leidinggeven aan het team, het begeleiden van de organisatorische inbedding van het programma in de lijn en het creëren van duurzame perspectieven voor medewerkers. In het proces van de inbedding van het programma werkt de teammanager samen met de organisatieadviseur. De teammanager stuurt op de implementatie binnen het vastgestelde plan van aanpak. Besluitvorming over de definitieve inrichting ligt bij de directie na advies van de ondernemingsraad. De teammanager draagt zorg voor rust, duidelijkheid en continuïteit binnen het team en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden, verantwoordelijkheden, processen en mede...
