Teammanager ruimtelijke ontwikkeling - Gemeente Noordwijk 28 september 2026 door Gemeente.nu Als teammanager ruimtelijke ontwikkeling geef je samen met je collega-teammanager leiding aan een groeiend team dat werkt aan de toekomst van onze kustgemeente. Met uitdagende opgaven, korte lijnen en de Noordwijkse kust als decor maak jij elke dag zichtbaar impact. Breng jij richting, verbinding en energie? Dan ontmoeten we je graag in Noordwijk! Wat ga je doen? Als teammanager ben jij een van de twee leidinggevenden van het team ruimtelijke ontwikkeling. De komende periode staat het team voor een bijzondere en inhoudelijk uitdagende fase. De VTH-taken die nu nog door de Omgevingsdienst worden uitgevoerd, komen binnenkort terug naar onze gemeente. Daarom breiden we ons team op dit moment uit met onder andere casemanagers, toezichthouders en juristen. Het team groeit naar ongeveer 40 medewerkers en staat daarmee aan het begin van een nieuw hoofdstuk. Om deze groei in goede banen te leiden, zoeken we een tweede teammanager. Samen met je collega-teammanager geef je richting aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team. Jullie bepalen gezamenlijk hoe de werkzaamheden, verantwoordelijkheden en medewerkers het beste worden verdeeld, waarbij één uitgangspunt centraal staat: ondanks de groei en de komst van een tweede teammanager blijft ruimtelijke ontwikkeling één sterk en samenhangend team. Als teammanager ben je een verbindende en inspirerende leider. Je stimuleert samenwerking, brengt verschillende disciplines bij elkaar en zorgt voor een prettige, professionele werkomgeving waarin medewerkers het beste uit zichzelf kunnen halen. Je bent zichtbaar, toegankelijk en betrokken en begeleidt medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling. Daarnaast voer je voortgangs- en ontwikkelgesprekken.
