In Amsterdam zoeken wij een senior teammanager die verder kijkt dan de dagelijkse operatie. Een netwerker, verbinder en strategisch denker die kansen ziet én benut. Jij speelt een sleutelrol in de verdere ontwikkeling en groei van onze thuiszorg. Ben jij klaar voor een uitdaging waarin jij het verschil maakt voor cliënten, medewerkers én de toekomst van de zorg? De vraag naar thuiszorg groeit en de zorg verandert voortdurend. Daarom zoeken wij een teammanager die met een strategische blik bouwt aan sterke wijkteams, duurzame groei en optimale cliëntzorg. Binnen deze functie krijg je de ruimte om richting te geven aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de thuiszorg in Amsterdam. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin ondernemerschap, innovatie en samenwerking centraal staan. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat steeds meer cliënten onze zorg weten te vinden én dat medewerkers graag bij ons willen blijven werken. Verbindend; wanneer jij bij Evean in dienst treedt krijg jij: - Een salaris conform cao VVT FWG 60, inschaling is afhankelijk van opleiding en werkervaring; - Een contract voor 32 tot 36 uur per week, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - Een mobiele telefoon en iPad of Laptop; - Een parkeervergunning zodat jij je gemakkelijk binnen Amsterdam kunt verplaatsen.
