Als Teammanager Thuiszorg ben je verantwoordelijk voor meerdere wijkteams binnen de clusters Ommoord en Regio Zuid . Je werkt dicht op de praktijk, bent zichtbaar en benaderbaar voor je teams en weet wat er speelt in de wijken. Met jouw affiniteit voor de Thuiszorg vertaal je de Laurens-strategie 'van Zorgen Voor naar Samen Leven' naar heldere doelen, concrete acties en resultaten. Wat ga je doen als Teammanager Thuiszorg? Als Teammanager ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van zorg, de inzet en ontwikkeling van medewerkers en de bedrijfsvoering van jouw wijkteams. Je combineert coachend leiderschap met een scherpe focus op resultaten. Je geeft medewerkers ruimte en vertrouwen, maar biedt ook richting en duidelijkheid wanneer dat nodig is. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het leidinggeven aan meerdere wijkteams binnen de clusters Ommoord en Regio Zuid en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw teams; - het creëren van een gezonde balans tussen kwaliteit van zorg, medewerkerswelzijn en een toekomstbestendige bedrijfsvoering; - het sturen op planning, formatie, verzuim en financiële resultaten; - het werken met jaarplannen en deze vertalen naar concrete acties en meetbare resultaten; - het signaleren van knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden en hierin actief initiatief nemen; - het stimuleren van samenwerking, zowel binnen en tussen de teams als met andere dis...
