Teammanager Welzijn favorite_border Opdracht Als Teammanager Welzijn geef jij leiding aan een team van consulenten, ondersteuners en beleidsadviseurs. Het team Welzijn (ongeveer 35 medewerkers) is verantwoordelijk voor het beleid en de uitvoering van de Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning (Wmo) en (breed) welzijnsbeleid binnen de gemeente. Jij inspireert je teamleden zodat zij het beste uit zichzelf kunnen halen en stimuleert integraal werken binnen het Sociaal Domein. Wat je gaat doen - Leidinggeven en begeleiding: Je geeft inspirerend leiding en ondersteunt medewerkers in hun professionele ontwikkeling. - Samenwerking en samenhang: Je stimuleert de samenwerking tussen teams in het Sociaal Domein en versterkt de samenhang binnen je eigen team, zowel op team- als op individueel niveau. - Team- en individuele ontwikkeling: Je bevordert teamontwikkeling en het welzijn en de ontwikkeling van individuele teamleden. - Bijdrage aan visie: Vanuit je rol in het managementteam van het Sociaal Domein lever je een bijdrage aan de doorontwikkeling van de visie binnen het Sociaal Domein.
