Wat ga je doen? Binnen het team Jeugd en Kansengelijkheid werken we vanuit de overtuiging dat de kans op een goed leven niet mag afhangen van waar je woont of wie je bent. Een inclusieve samenleving vraagt om gerichte keuzes en een sterke sociale en pedagogische basis thuis, op school en in de wijk. Het team ondersteunt gemeenten om hier vorm aan te geven. Als teamondersteuner ondersteun je de teamleden en in het bijzonder de coördinatoren Landelijk Transitie Arrangement Jeugdzorg, Zorg & Veiligheid en Toekomstscenario. Je zorgt dat vergaderingen, bijeenkomsten en stuurgroepen goed worden georganiseerd en denkt vooruit over wat daarvoor nodig is. Ook draag je bij aan een goede samenwerking binnen het team en aan het verbeteren van secretariële en administratieve processen. Hierbij heb je onder andere de volgende taken: - Je plant vergaderingen in complexe agenda's en stemt daarbij af met secretariaten van gemeenten, zorgaanbieders, ministeries, bestuurders en andere samenwerkingspartners. - Je organiseert interne en externe bijeenkomsten, reserveert passende vergaderruimtes en houdt aan- en afmeldingen bij. - Je organiseert en bereidt stuurgroepen voor, waaronder het opstellen en versturen van agenda's en stukken. - Je notuleert bijeenkomsten en zorgt voor een goede administratieve afhandeling. - Je hebt een initiërende en adviserende rol bij het verbeteren van secretariële en administratieve pro...
