Je begeleidt consulenten in casuïstiek, verzorgt het inwerkprogramma voor nieuwe consulenten, analyseert en organiseert planvorming op het gebied van werk & inkomen en zoekt afstemming tussen betrokken partijen. Daarnaast zorg je voor kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve ondersteuning bij het beheer van caseloads binnen het team en coördineer je spoed- en crisiszaken. Je kijkt mee bij complexe casussen, fungeert als vraagbaak en levert een bijdrage aan proces- en kwaliteitsverbeteringen en beleidsvraagstukken. Je staat middenin het team en bent inhoudelijk sparringpartner voor de teammanager Participatiewet.
