BNG Bank is op zoek naar een Tech Lead voor DevOps Client Services: een technisch leider die richting geeft, kwaliteit borgt en moderne engineering-praktijken naar een hoger niveau tilt. - Het bepalen van de technische richting en architectuur - Het ontwerpen van schaalbare en veilige integraties met marktpartijen en systemen - Het voortouw nemen in CI/CD, cloud (Azure), automatisering en monitoring - Het oplossen van complexe technische vraagstukken - Het coachen van developers op codekwaliteit en engineering-standaarden - Het vertalen van businessdoelstellingen naar technische oplossingen en roadmaps - Het bijdragen aan referentie-architectuur en technologiekeuzes - Het presenteren van technische voorstellen aan de business en het management Jouw werkplek Je rapporteert aan de Manager DevOps Client Services. De afdeling DevOps Client Services bestaat uit ongeveer 17 medewerkers, waaronder Front-End Developers, Information Analysts, SaaS Engineers, Back-End Developer Engineers en een UX Designer. Je werkt voornamelijk binnen het DevOps-team samen met andere developers, een Information Analyst, een UX-designer en de Product Owner.
