Als werkvoorbereider installatietechniek zorg jij ervoor dat projecten goed voorbereid en zonder onnodige vertraging van start gaan. Je vormt de schakel tussen kantoor en uitvoering en zorgt dat monteurs beschikken over de juiste materialen, tekeningen en technische informatie om hun werkzaamheden efficiënt uit te voeren.

Je houdt overzicht over planning, materiaalbestellingen en projectdocumentatie en schakelt regelmatig met projectleiders, engineers, uitvoerders en leveranciers. Daarbij denk je vooruit, bewaak je de voortgang en signaleer je knelpunten voordat ze problemen veroorzaken. Met jouw technische inzicht en organisatorische aanpak zorg je dat alles van voorbereiding tot uitvoering goed op elkaar aansluit.

Wat ga je doen?

- Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden aan de hand van tekeningen, bestekken en projectinformatie; - Opstellen en bewaken van planningen; - Bestellen van materialen en bewaken van levertijden; - Afstemmen met leveranciers, projectleiders, engineers en uitvoerders; - Controleren van technische tekeningen en projectdocumentatie; - Bewaken van voortgang, planning en materiaalbeschikbaarheid; - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over praktische oplossingen; - Zorgen dat alle benodigde informatie tijdig beschikbaar is voor de uitvoering.

- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in zowel woord en schrift; - Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B; - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in de installatietechniek.
