Je bouwt talentpools op, brengt de arbeidsmarkt in kaart, adviseert hiring managers over haalbaarheid en positionering, en denkt actief mee over hoe we structureel de juiste mensen aantrekken. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om een recruitmentaanpak neer te zetten die past bij een internationale scale-up omgeving: data-gedreven, proactief en gericht op duurzame kwaliteit. Zo draag je direct bij aan de groei van Acture Labs én aan het verder professionaliseren van recruitment binnen Acture. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces: van intake tot aanname en daarin neem je het voortouw bij complexe of lastig vervulbare vacatures. - Je adviseert hiring managers en management over recruitmentstrategieën, arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen en complexe wervingsvraagstukken. - Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken, (tech) assessments en referentiecheck...
