In regio Ieper kom je terecht bij een internationaal actieve technische organisatie die gespecialiseerde voertuigen ontwikkel en bouwt. De dienst na verkoop vormt een belangrijke schakel in de ondersteuning van klanten en blijft verder groeien en professionaliseren.

Binnen deze functie krijg je een brede verantwoordelijkheid over de aftersaleswerking en neem je een verbindende rol op tussen mensen, techniek en organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de zaakvoerders.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je neemt de operationele leiding over het aftersalesteam en zorgt voor een duidelijke planning, taakverdeling en inzet van de beschikbare capaciteit
  • Als coach begeleid je medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werking en geef je richting bij technische, commerciële en organisatorische vraagstukken
  • De activiteiten rond wisselstukken, onderhoud, herstellingen en interventies bewaak je op kwaliteit, timing en klantgerichtheid
  • Bij technische defecten of kwaliteitsproblemen breng je de juiste interne afdelingen samen en stuur je mee richting een passende oplossing
  • Tegelijk professionaliseer je de aftersaleswerking verder en bewaakt je daarbij kostenramingen, garantievragen, onderhoudscontracten en technische documentatie
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting
  • Dit vul je aan met relevante ervaring binnen service, aftersales of automotive (en bij voorkeur heb je al een team aangestuurd of gecoacht)
  • Verder communiceer je vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels en sta je open voor korte buitenlandse verplaatsingen
