Dat kan! Onze collega's van de technische dienst hebben een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren en verhogen van de beschikbaarheidsgraad van ons machinepark en industriële installaties. Samen met een werkvoorbereider, allround monteur, (storingsdienst)monteurs draag je bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de technische dienst (14 FTE). Je rapporteert aan de maintenance manager. Je bent de sturende kracht achter uitdagende en uiteenlopende technische verbetertrajecten en deelt jouw brede technische vakkennis actief met collega's. Met jouw jarenlange ervaring til je het team naar een hoger prestatieniveau en worden complexe technische problemen en/of technische bottlenecks structureel opgelost. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwikkelen en realiseren van technische modificaties en vervangingen aan onze machines en installaties; - Analyseren van productielijnen en het bedenken van haalbare technische oplossingen ten behoeve van rendementsverbeteringen; - Bieden van technische ondersteuning en instructie aan gebruikers bij de invoering van verbeteringen; - Bieden van technische ondersteuning en instructie aan collega monteurs bij complexe technische problemen en/of structurele technische bottlenecks; - Regelmatig overleg met leveranciers en collega's; - Voorbereiden, plannen en coördineren van verbetertrajecten - Opstellen en bijhouden van technische documentatie en rapportages.
