Du bist ein Organisationstalent, möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten. Du hast eine selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, die Fähigkeit komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und siehst keine Schwierigkeit in der Abwicklung von mehreren parallelen Aufgabenstellungen.

#PROFILE

* Übernahme und Steuerung von Kundenprojekten inkl. Erstellung und laufender Pflege von Projektplänen mit Meilensteinen und Abhängigkeiten

* Planung und Koordination aller interner Umsetzungsaufgaben über mehrere technischen Abteilungen

* Laufendes Monitoring des Projektstatus sowie proaktive Kommunikation an interne und externe Stakeholder

* Steuerung von Changes sowie verantwortungsvolle Bearbeitung von Eskalationen mit klarem Lösungsfokus

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung vertragsrelevanter Anforderungen, Prozesse, Qualitätsstandards und KPIs

* Projektabschluss inkl. formaler Übergabe an operative Einheiten und Abstimmung verrechenbarer Leistungen mit Accounting

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Technik und Customer Success als zentrale Schnittstelle mit direktem Kundeneinfluss

* Aktive Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Schnittstellen sowie Monitoring- und Reporting-Strukturen

#WANTED

* Projektmanagement-Erfahrung (insbesondere im IT- oder Service-Delivery-Umfeld) von Vorteil

* Gute Kenntnisse der Bereiche Cloud und IT-Infrastruktur

* Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, souveränes Stakeholder-Management und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und internen Stakeholdern

* Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Erfahrung mit PM-Tools (z. B. Jira oder vergleichbar) sowie technisches Grundverständnis im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur oder Hosting von Vorteil

* Erfahrung im Change- und Eskalationsmanagement

* PM-Zertifizierung (IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2) von Vorteil; hohe Eigenmotivation und Lernbereitschaft

* gesicherte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
