In de ruime regio Kortrijk kom je terecht bij een internationale productiespeler binnen een industriële nichemarkt. De organisatie telt ongeveer 150 medewerkers en combineert de slagkracht van een internationaal actieve onderneming met de korte lijnen van een KMO. Kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en maatwerk staan centraal, net als initiatief en samenwerking op de werkvloer.

Als industriële projectmanager versterk je het technische team en krijg je een sleutelrol in projecten rond machines, installaties en technische faciliteiten. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en krijgt de ruimte om mee te bouwen aan een efficiënte en betrouwbare technische werking.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Project Manager neem je investerings- en verbeterprojecten rond het machinepark en technische installaties in handen
  • Vanuit jouw technische expertise bewaak je budgetten, projectvoortgang en de correcte uitvoering van OPEX- en CAPEX-projecten
  • Je staat mee in voor het technisch beheer, de betrouwbaarheid en de verdere ontwikkeling van machines en faciliteiten
  • Samen met maintenance en andere afdelingen breng je de onderhoudsstructuur in kaart en werk je optimalisaties uit
  • Daarnaast stem je nauw af met interne stakeholders en zorg je dat technische projecten praktisch, veilig en efficiënt worden gerealiseerd
  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma Industrieel Ingenieur (Elektromechanica, Automatisering of Machine- en Productieautomatisering)
  • Voor deze rol zijn meerdere jaren ervaring binnen onderhoud of in een technisch-projectmatige omgeving een must
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en een goede beheersing van Frans; je hoeft niet perfect Franstalig te zijn, zolang je je professioneel kan uitdrukken
