  • Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor verschillende partijen + Selectie leveranciers
  • De balie/toonbank is jouw terrein. Professionelen zoals zelfstandige loodgieters komen bij jou langs voor advies en de juiste materialen
  • Als rekenkundig talent maak je offertes op maat van de klant + volg je de offertes op als geen ander dmv een lastenboek en plannen + analyse bestek, kostprijsberekening
  • Contact met leveranciers om je dossier te vervolledigen alsook een goede opvolging te garanderen.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten en polst naar hun wensen om hen te begeleiden naar hun droomcreatie
  • Op termijn en na intensieve opleiding kan je zelfs met de klant een volledige badkamer samenstellen indien nodig (ontwerp met PC)
  • Administratie hoort er natuurlijk ook bij: offertes opmaken en opvolgen, verkoopsdossier opmaken en afronden, bestellingen, orders verwerken, nacalculatie, klantendossiers beheren ...
  • Doorheen de werkzaamheden maak je de klant wegwijs en zorg je voor de juiste begeleiding
  • Klachtenbehandeling en klanttevredenheid waarborgen
  • Je kan snel en nauwkeurig werken. Je volgt graag de voor opgestelde planning.
  • Je bent vlot met het MS Office pakket + kennis ERP is een plus
  • Affiniteit, ervaring, scholing met techniek, HVAC, CV/sanitair, ... MUST!
  • Je weet van aanpakken
  • Voltijds werken schrikt je niet af (40u)
