Ben jij een Sales Engineer die technische expertise graag combineert met klantencontact? Haal je voldoening uit het adviseren van industriële klanten en het uitwerken van technische oplossingen op maat? Dan is deze uitdaging zeker het ontdekken waard!

Je komt terecht bij een gespecialiseerde organisatie binnen industriële automatisering, waar technische kennis en klantgericht advies hand in hand gaan. Vanuit een sterke marktpositie ondersteunt het bedrijf industriële klanten met automatiseringsoplossingen die bijdragen aan een efficiëntere, veiligere en betrouwbaardere productieomgeving.

Als Technical Sales Engineer ben je het technische aanspreekpunt voor klanten en begeleid je hen bij de uitwerking van automatiseringsoplossingen. Je vertaalt technische vragen naar concrete voorstellen, werkt nauw samen met interne specialisten en volgt opportuniteiten op van de eerste analyse tot de uiteindelijke offerte.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bouwt actief aan nieuwe klantenrelaties door bedrijven te benaderen, opportuniteiten te detecteren en commerciële gesprekken aan te knopen binnen de industriële sector
  • Bij potentiële en bestaande klanten ga je in gesprek om hun technische uitdagingen te begrijpen en deze te vertalen naar interessante projecten voor onze automatiserings- en digitale teams
  • Sterke klantenrelaties staan centraal, waarbij je opportuniteiten opvolgt, offertes bespreekt en als vaste contactpersoon vertrouwen opbouwt op lange termijn
  • Dankzij jouw commerciële voeling signaleer je nieuwe behoeften in de markt en breng je de juiste technische collega's in contact met de klant om tot een passende oplossing te komen
  • Als ambassadeur van de organisatie vertegenwoordig je het bedrijf op beurzen en netwerkevenementen en versterk je de zichtbaarheid via gerichte commerciële communicatie en mailings
  • Je behaalde een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een technische richting, zoals elektriciteit, automatisering of een gelijkwaardige opleiding
  • Minstens 8 jaar ervaring binnen de industrie is vereist, bij voorkeur in industriële automatisering, industriële IT of industriële elektrische systemen
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels; een goede kennis van het Frans vormt een mooie meerwaarde
