Bij SENEC, zijn we gespecialiseerd in het onderhoud, de verbetering, de herstelling en de vernieuwing van verwarmings- en koelingssystemen. Met meer dan 60 jaar ervaring hebben we een sterk netwerk en een stevige reputatie opgebouwd op de Belgische markt.

Onze activiteiten bestrijken zowel de B2C-sector (woningen, flatgebouwen) als grotere systemen, waaronder collectieve verwarmingssystemen.

We bieden de best mogelijke ondersteuning om hun comfort te verbeteren en tegelijk hun energieverbruik en milieu-impact te verminderen.

Elke dag werken wij energie-efficiënte oplossingen uit en bouwen zo aan een koolstofneutrale toekomst!

Voor de regio van Ghent zijn wij op zoek naar een Technico-Commercial.

UW UITDAGING

  • Commercieel : Zorg voor een nauwkeurige opvolging van de toegewezen klanten om de verkoopdoelen te behalen. Je markt omvat de vervanging van gas- en stookolieketels, renovatieprojecten, airconditioning, warmtepompen, enz.
  • Veiligheid : Analyseer de haalbaarheid van projecten. Evalueer of het werk veilig uitgevoerd kan worden en stel zo nodig passende maatregelen voor.
  • Projectmanagement : Beheer van A tot Z de HVAC-projecten van onze klanten in jouw regio.
  • Communicatie met klanten : Bezoek de werf om naar onze klanten te luisteren en hen te adviseren.
  • Administratief beheer : Stel duidelijke offertes op en zorg voor een goede opvolging van klanten en een vlotte communicatie met het filiaal.
  • Kwaliteitsopvolging : Controleer het werk van onze technische teams om te zorgen voor een correcte uitvoering van de projecten.

UW PROFIEL

  • Technische vaardigheden : Je hebt een gedegen kennis van verwarming (B2C en B2B); kennis van warmtepomptechnologieën is een pluspunt. Je hebt bewezen ervaring in de sector.
  • Veiligheid : Je hebt een sterk besef van veiligheid en respect voor het milieu. Je neemt altijd verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen gezondheid en veiligheid, evenals voor die van je collega’s!
  • Talen : Je kunt duidelijk communiceren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in Nederlands en Frans.
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden : Je hebt uitstekende interactievaardigheden met het team, klanten en partners.
  • Computervaardigheden : Je beheerst Word en Excel.
  • Je bent in staat om prioriteiten en deadlines nauwkeurig te beheren
