The posting

Voor een groeiende KMO actief in industriële, project- en utiliteitsbouw zijn we op zoek naar een Technical Sales Officer voor de afdeling industriële stalen deuren en poorten. In deze functie ondersteun je klanten technisch, administratief en commercieel vanuit de binnendienst en volg je projecten op van offertefase tot uitvoering. De projecten omvatten onder andere industriële stalen deuren (brandwerend, inbraakwerend, akoestisch, hoogfrequent gebruik, …) en sectionaalpoorten. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en technische uitvoerders om klanten een technisch correcte oplossing, efficiënte planning en kwalitatieve opvolging te bieden.

Takenpakket

  • Technisch en commercieel ondersteunen van klanten vanuit de binnendienst
  • Opmaak en opvolging van offertes
  • Begeleiden van projecten van offertefase tot uitvoering
  • Administratief opvolgen van dossiers en projecten
  • Samenwerken met projectleiders en technische teams
  • Zorgen voor een correcte planning en klantgerichte communicatie
  • Adviseren van klanten over technische oplossingen
  • Je hebt een technische affiniteit of interesse in bouwtechnische producten
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert professioneel
  • Kennis van het Frans is noodzakelijk
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en administratief sterk
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken maar functioneert ook goed in team
  • Je denkt planmatig en oplossingsgericht
  • Zowel schoolverlaters als kandidaten met ervaring komen in aanmerking
