Ben jij technisch sterk én klantgericht? Heb je een achtergrond in elektromechanica en spreek je vlot Nederlands en Frans? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou!

Voor een toonaangevende speler in bevestigingssystemen zoekt Unique een Technical Sales Specialist. In deze veelzijdige binnendienstfunctie ben jij het technische aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's. Je combineert technisch advies, projectopvolging en aftersales in één afwisselende rol.

Jouw taken

  • Je adviseert klanten en collega's over technische toepassingen en werkt oplossingen uit voor complexe vraagstukken.
  • Je interpreteert technische plannen, schema's en documentatie.
  • Je volgt technische vragen en klachten op en stemt af met sales, aankoop en aftersales.
  • Je coördineert technische projecten en denkt mee over innovatieve toepassingen en procesverbeteringen.
  • Je ondersteunt het commerciële team met technische offertes en documentatie.
  • Je deelt jouw expertise via opleidingen en vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op beurzen en evenementen.

Een uitdagende functie waarin je techniek, klantcontact en innovatie combineert en elke dag het verschil maakt.

Kan jij onderstaande zaken afvinken? Dan ben jij dé Technical Sales Support die wij zoeken!

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Elektromechanica of hebt een gelijkwaardige technische ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je hebt al een stevige technische basis en bent klaar voor een medior- of seniorfunctie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een brede kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatica en meet- en regeltechnieken.
  • Ervaring met automatisatie, PLC-systemen, ERP-software en technische toepassingen is een sterke troef.
  • Je houdt ervan om complexe technische uitdagingen te analyseren en te vertalen naar praktische, creatieve oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet technische informatie helder uit te leggen aan zowel klanten als collega's.
  • Je combineert technische expertise met een servicegerichte mindset en hebt interesse in technische sales en klantcontact.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, neemt graag initiatief en wil blijven groeien door verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en jouw kennis verder te ontwikkelen.
