Voor een groeiende logistieke speler in regio Stekene zoeken we een supervisor operations die het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen op het terrein in goede banen leidt. Dit bedrijf is actief binnen transport, opslag en containerlogistiek en speelt een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen en optimaliseren van logistieke processen voor uiteenlopende klanten.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waar efficiëntie, samenwerking en continuïteit centraal staan. Als supervisor operations ben jij de schakel tussen planning en uitvoering en zorg je ervoor dat alle activiteiten op het terrein vlot en gestructureerd verlopen.

Geen bureaufunctie, maar een hands-on rol waarin je zichtbaar aanwezig bent op de werkvloer. Hier krijg je de kans om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen een sterk groeiende organisatie waar initiatief en betrokkenheid écht het verschil maken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als supervisor stuur je 4 ploegbazen aan die op hun beurt verantwoordelijk zijn voor de cleaning operatoren op de werkvloer
  • Daarnaast volg je de dagelijkse activiteiten op en zorg je ervoor dat de geplande werkzaamheden efficiënt en correct worden uitgevoerd
  • Verder los je operationele problemen op het terrein op, zoals restproducten in tanks of technische uitdagingen tijdens het reinigingsproces
  • Ook werk je nauw samen met de operations coördinator en zorg je voor een vlotte uitvoering van de planning
  • Tot slot bewaak je de kwaliteit en voortgang van de werkzaamheden en stuur je bij waar nodig
  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring in een operationele of leidinggevende rol, waarbij people management centraal staat
  • Daarnaast werk je graag buiten en voel je je comfortabel in een industriële omgeving
  • Verder ben je stressbestendig en kan je snel schakelen bij onverwachte situaties op de werkvloer
  • Tot slot communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands omwille van veiligheid en samenwerking, aangevuld met een basiskennis Engels
