Ben jij technisch aangelegd en krijg je energie van kwaliteit, productie en het oplossen van technische problemen? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou.

Als Technical Quality Engineer combineer je 50% bureauwerk met 50% aanwezigheid en meewerken op de werkvloer. Je analyseert kwaliteitsproblemen, voert controles en metingen uit en zoekt samen met productie, R&D en engineering naar duurzame oplossingen.

Je bent dus niet alleen bezig met rapporten en procedures, maar staat ook letterlijk met je voeten op de werkvloer. Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bewaakt de product- en proceskwaliteit en voert controles en metingen uit.
  • Je verdeelt je tijd ongeveer 50/50 tussen bureauwerk en de werkvloer.
  • Je onderzoekt kwaliteitsproblemen en gaat op zoek naar de root cause.
  • Je verbetert inspectie- en meetmethodes en stelt werkinstructies en procedures op.
  • Je volgt afwijkingen en corrigerende en preventieve acties op.
  • Je beheert meetmiddelen en volgt de kalibratie op.
  • Je ondersteunt 5S en continuous improvement binnen productie.
  • Je begeleidt operatoren en Quality Controllers bij kwaliteitscontroles en meetmethodes.
  • Je werkt samen met R&D bij nieuwe productontwikkelingen, testen en proefproducties.
  • Je leest technische tekeningen en beoordeelt kritische controlematen.
  • Je maakt gebruik van quality tools zoals PFMEA, SPC en RCA.
  • Je beschikt over een technische bachelor, bijvoorbeeld mechanica, elektromechanica, productontwikkeling of industriële wetenschappen.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteit, engineering of productie.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek, productie en kwaliteitsprocessen.
  • Je bent analytisch en houdt ervan om problemen grondig te onderzoeken.
  • Je werkt graag zowel achter je bureau als actief op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent niet bang om zelf te kijken, meten, testen en de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Ervaring met FMEA, SPC, RCA, 5S en/of metaalbewerking is een pluspunt.
