Als Technical Support Engineer duik jij in complexe technische vraagstukken en zorg je dat machines wereldwijd blijven draaien alsof er niets aan de hand is. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen het geven van remote support en werken op internationale klantlocaties. Van een snelle fix tot een structurele oplossing, jij regelt het. Tegelijk werk je met hightech machines binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie en heb je direct impact op het draaiende houden van productieprocessen wereldwijd. Functie Als Technical Support Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en oplossen van technische vraagstukken rondom machines en installaties. Je werkt op het snijvlak van techniek en klantcontact en zorgt ervoor dat systemen wereldwijd optimaal blijven functioneren. Je duikt in complexe storingen, achterhaalt de oorzaak en zorgt voor een passende oplossing. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de korte termijn, maar denk je ook mee over structurele verbeteringen. Je hebt veel contact met klanten en schakelt intern met engineering en service om tot de beste oplossing te komen. Je geeft zowel remote support, als directe ondersteuning bij klanten op locaties. Hierdoor krijg je goed inzicht in hoe de machines in de praktijk functioneren en waar optimalisaties mogelijk zijn.
