The posting

Bij een organisatie in de machinebouw in regio Nieuwkuijk help je klanten met technische vragen over machinebesturingen. Je combineert elektrotechnisch inzicht met begrip van het machineproces om storingen te doorgronden en passende oplossingen te vinden. De rol past goed bij je als je als elektromonteur bent begonnen en verder wilt groeien richting besturingstechniek en software. Ervaring met PLC’s is daarbij welkom, maar geen harde eis: je praktische aanpak en proceskennis vormen de basis. In de dagelijkse praktijk vertaal je een storingsmelding naar gerichte vragen en technische controles. Je kijkt naar de samenhang tussen elektrische componenten, signalen en de werking van de machine. Samen met technische collega’s werk je aan een onderbouwde diagnose en duidelijke terugkoppeling aan de klant. Zo verdiep je je stap voor stap in machinebesturingen, softwarelogica en het systematisch oplossen van storingen. Functie-inhoud - Klanten ondersteunen bij vragen en storingen aan machinebesturingen - Storingsmeldingen analyseren vanuit elektrotechniek en machineproces - Elektrische schema’s en signalen gebruiken om storingsoorzaken te achterhalen - Eenvoudige besturingsproblemen onderzoeken en complexere vragen afstemmen met collega’s - Klanten begeleiden bij technische controles en vervolgstappen - Diagnoses en oplossingen vastleggen voor hergebruik bij supportvragen Functie-eisen - Mbo+/hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek of een verwante richting - Praktische elektrotechnische kennis, bijvoorbeeld vanuit ervaring als elektromonteur - Inzicht in machineprocessen en de samenhang tussen besturing en hardware - Interesse in besturingssoftware; PLC-ervaring is welkom, maar niet noodzakelijk - Een systematische aanpak bij het onderzoeken van technische storingen - Duidelijke communicatie waarmee je klanten technisch verder helpt Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.600 en € 4.800 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per w.
