Heb je een technische achtergrond, praktijkervaring en sterke analytische vaardigheden? Dan is de functie van Technical Support Engineer bij ASML in Veldhoven wellicht iets voor jou. ASML ontwikkelt, produceert en onderhoudt de meest geavanceerde lithografiesystemen ter wereld. Deze machines zijn essentieel voor de productie van steeds krachtigere en energiezuinigere microchips. Binnen de TWINSCAN Factory worden deze complexe systemen en modules geproduceerd, getest en voorbereid voor levering aan klanten wereldwijd. Als Technical Support Engineer maak je deel uit van het team dat ervoor zorgt dat de productie soepel blijft verlopen. Je analyseert technische problemen, werkt samen met verschillende disciplines en zorgt ervoor dat storingen niet alleen worden opgelost, maar waar mogelijk ook structureel worden voorkomen. Je krijgt daarbij de ruimte om jouw technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen binnen een hightech omgeving waarin samenwerking, eigenaarschap en continu verbeteren centraal staan. Wie zoeken we? Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch sterke en nieuwsgierige professional die energie krijgt van complexe problemen. Je bent analytisch ingesteld en weet een technisch vraagstuk op een gestructureerde manier terug te brengen tot de kern. Tegelijkertijd ben je niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en initiatief te tonen wanneer een probleem zich voordoet. Je werkt graag samen met verschillende disciplines en kunt technische informatie helder communiceren naar zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders. Je bent flexibel, kunt goed omgaan met druk en weet prioriteiten te stellen wanneer meerdere problemen tegelijkertijd spelen. Een proactieve houding en de drive om continu te verbeteren zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Je kijkt niet alleen naar hoe een probleem vandaag opgelost kan worden, maar ook naar hoe het

morgen voorkomen kan worden. Opleiding en technische ervaring Een afgeronde technische bachelor of master, bijvoorbeeld in Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek, Toegepaste Natuurkunde, Automotive, Lucht- en Ruimtevaart of een vergelijkbare technische richting. Bij voorkeur 0-2 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een technische productieomgeving. Ervaring met het analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen. Ervaring met het identificeren van de grondoorzaak van technische of procesmatige problemen. Kennis van methoden en technieken voor kwaliteitsverbetering en probleemoplossing. Ervaring met of kennis van technisch projectmanagement is een pré. Ervaring met probleemanalyse van producten en productieprocessen. Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Bereidheid om incidenteel te reizen naar een klantlocatie wanneer een technische escalatie daarom vraagt. Wat bieden wij je?
