Als Technical Support Engineer word je een belangrijk technisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten en servicecollega’s. Je bouwt stap voor stap expertise op binnen een gespecialiseerd productgamma en krijgt de kans om jouw kennis breder te delen binnen de organisatie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Support Engineer volg je technische problemen volledig op, van troubleshooting en _oot cause analyse tot implementatie van een duurzame oplossing
  • Vanuit jouw expertise ondersteun je klanten bij vragen rond industriële installaties, HVAC-equipment, monitoringsystemen en technische randapparatuur
  • Je analyseert technische data, documenteert oplossingen nauwkeurig in het systeem en helpt mee aan het verder uitbouwen van de kennisdatabank
  • Samen met kwaliteit, R&D en servicecollega’s werk je structurele verbeteringen uit wanneer terugkerende problemen of ontwerpaanpassingen nodig zijn
  • Daarnaast geef je technische opleidingen aan klanten en collega’s, werk je mee aan instructievideo’s en deel je jouw kennis via trainingen of seminaries
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, bijvoorbeeld Elektromechanica, Elektronica, Energietechnologie of een gelijkaardige opleiding
  • Brede technische kennis van elektriciteit, elektronica, sturingen en mechanica; kennis van koeltechniek of klimatisatie is een plus
  • Bij voorkeur heb je al een eerste ervaring binnen technische support, maar ook gemotiveerde pas afgestudeerden zijn welkom
  • Verder communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
