Een goed draaiende technische dienst begint bij de juiste voorbereiding en opvolging. Als Technical Support - Maintenance speel jij daarin een sleutelrol. Je denkt mee met de onderhoudsploeg, houdt technisch overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat onderdelen, informatie en voorbereiding op het juiste moment samenkomen. Zo help je techniekers focussen op hun werk en draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de continuïteit van onze productie.

Jouw rol

Als Technical Support - maintenance speel je een cruciale rol binnen onze onderhoudsafdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat techniekers vlot kunnen werken, denkt actief mee met de technische dienst en houdt steeds het overzicht op wat nodig is.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met organisatie en opvolging en bent een aanspreekpunt voor zowel de technische dienst als leveranciers.

Wat ga je doen?

Technische ondersteuning & werkvoorbereiding

  • Je ondersteunt de onderhoudsploeg door vooruit te denken en technisch mee te kijken
  • Je lijnt machines, lagers en wisselstukken logisch op en behoudt overzicht
  • Je zoekt onderdelen correct op en denkt mee over technisch verantwoorde alternatieven
  • Je speelt een actieve rol in werkvoorbereiding en preventief onderhoud

Wisselstukken, leveranciers & opvolging

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste onderdelen tijdig en correct beschikbaar zijn
  • Je plaatst bestellingen en volgt deze actief op bij leveranciers
  • Je begrijpt welke wisselstukken nodig zijn voor welke toepassing en bewaakt kwaliteit
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers en durft hen bij te sturen waar nodig
  • Na storingen zorg je voor de nodige materialen zodat interventies niet vertragen

Technisch magazijn & administratie

  • Je beheert het technisch magazijn en bewaakt stock en overzicht
  • Je werkt met ons ERP-systeem voor bestellingen, opvolging en stockbeheer
  • Je zorgt voor continuïteit en back‑up zodat de technische flow nooit stilvalt
  • Werkbonnen, onderhoudsplanning, offertes

Optimalisatie & initiatief

  • Je denkt actief mee na over verbeteringen in magazijn, werkmethodes en processen
  • Je werkt mee aan projecten rond efficiëntie en kwaliteit
  • Je krijgt de nodige vrijheid en ownership om jouw rol persoonlijk mee vorm te geven

Wie ben je?

Je hebt een technische achtergrond en voelt je thuis in een rol waarin je techniek, voorbereiding en overzicht combineert. Je haalt voldoening uit het ondersteunen van anderen en begrijpt hoe belangrijk een goede voorbereiding is voor een vlot draaiende onderhoudsafdeling.

  • Je bent mechanisch sterk en kan technische situaties en toepassingen inschatten
  • Je deed ervaring op als:
  • technieker in een industriële context of
  • technisch magazijnbeheerder met een sterke inhoudelijke kennis van wisselstukken en toepassingen
  • Je denkt vooruit, ziet werk liggen en neemt spontaan initiatief
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, ook in opvolging en administratie
  • Je communiceert vlot met interne en externe contactpersonen
  • Je neemt jouw verantwoordelijkheid op en je begrijpt de impact van jouw werk
