Over de functie

Als Technical Support Medewerker HVAC – Specialist Warmtepompen word jij het aanspreekpunt

voor professionele installateurs, techniekers en interne collega’s. Je biedt technische ondersteuning

bij installaties, configuraties, diagnoses en servicevragen rond de warmtepompsystemen en andere

HVAC toepassingen. Dankzij jouw expertise en praktijkervaring zorg je voor vlotte probleemoplossing

en til je de klanttevredenheid naar een hoger niveau.

Je komt terecht in een Belgisch bedrijf dat deel uitmaakt van een internationale groep, één van

’s werelds grootste en meest innovatieve fabrikanten in HVAC-technologie. Je werkt in een omgeving

waar technologische innovatie, kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verstrekken van technische ondersteuning (telefonisch, via mail en op afstand) aan installateurs en servicepartners.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen aan warmtepompen en HVAC-systemen.
  • Adviseren over installatie-instructies, configuratie, dimensionering en opstartprocedures.
  • Interpreteren van foutcodes, schema’s en parameters om snel tot diagnose te komen.
  • Rapporteren van technische issues en meedenken over structurele verbeteringen.
  • Ondersteunen bij producttrainingen, demo’s en technische documentatie.
  • Sporadisch on-site ondersteuning bieden bij complexe dossiers.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding (HVAC, koeltechniek...) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als installateur van warmtepompen en/of koeltechniek.
  • Sterke technische kennis van residentiële verwarmingsinstallaties.
  • Praktisch ingesteld zijn en probleemoplossend vermogen hebben.
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk in het Nederlands en bij voorkeur ook Frans (extra talen zijn een plus).
  • Klantgericht en geduldig zijn aan de telefoon, ook in stressvolle situaties.
  • Je kan technische problemen snel analyseren en gestructureerd oplossen.
  • In het bezit van een VCA en BA4 attest of bent bereid deze te halen.
  • Een koeltechnisch certificaat is een pluspunt maar geen noodzaak.
