Onze klant is één van de marktleiders op het gebied van industriële verpakkingen en bijbehorende diensten.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je maakt deel uit van het productieteam en bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van een beoogd productieresultaat.
  • Je wordt de back-up van de teamleader bij afwezigheid. Hier ben je verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van de afdeling en voor het zo dicht mogelijk benaderen van het vooropgestelde productievolume.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat productiestilstanden tot een minimum herleid worden.
  • Als operator/back-up voer je de eerstelijnsinterventies in het kader van onderhoud uit.
  • Je rapporteert de nodige informatie over problemen aan het onderhoudsteam.
  • Je kent de normen en de eisen die van toepassing zijn binnen je werkgebied.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en vult de kwaliteitsopvolgingsdocumenten nauwkeurig in.
  • Je beschikt over een technische diploma of hebt een aantal jaren relevante werkervaring achter de rug.
  • Je hecht veel belang aan het volgen van de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsinstructies.
  • Als teamplayer maak je graag deel uit van een team, maar beschik je ook over het nodige verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel om individueel taken uit te voeren.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig, praktisch en hands-on ingesteld.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
  • Je bent communicatief, resultaatgericht, analytisch, proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent geïnteresseerd in het volgen van opleidingen om zo je kennis en vaardigheden up-to-date te houden.
