Heb jij een passie voor techniek én haal je voldoening uit het delen van kennis? Voor een toonaangevende organisatie gespecialiseerd in intern transport en onderhoud van hef- en magazijntrucks zoeken we een Technical Trainer.

Je komt terecht in een stabiele en groeiende technische omgeving waar innovatie, vakkennis en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan. In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van techniekers en technische medewerkers binnen de organisatie.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij technisch sterk en krijg je energie van het begeleiden, ondersteunen en opleiden van collega's? Wil je jouw praktijkervaring inzetten om technische teams naar een hoger niveau te tillen? Dan is deze functie als Technical Trainer iets voor jou.

Als Technical Trainer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en delen van technische kennis binnen de organisatie en ondersteun je techniekers bij complexe technische uitdagingen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Geven van technische opleidingen aan techniekers, service support medewerkers en partners
  • Organiseren en voorbereiden van technische trainingen
  • Opbouwen en klaarzetten van trainingsmachines en opleidingsmateriaal
  • Ondersteunen van techniekers bij complexe storingen, diagnoses en technische vraagstukken
  • Telefonische en praktische ondersteuning bieden bij technische interventies
  • Actueel houden van technische documentatie en kennisdatabanken
  • Delen van technische updates, wijzigingen en productinformatie met collega's
  • Samenwerken met fabrikanten om technische kennis verder uit te bouwen
  • Opvolgen van nieuwe producten, technologieën en technische ontwikkelingen
  • Vertalen van technische informatie naar duidelijke en begrijpbare opleidingen
  • Actief bijdragen aan de technische groei en ontwikkeling van medewerkers
  • Technische opleiding, bijvoorbeeld automechanica of gelijkwaardig
  • Of ruime praktijkervaring als technieker, technisch specialist of technisch expert
  • Sterke technische kennis van machines, voertuigen of technische installaties
  • Ervaring met het geven van opleidingen is een pluspunt
  • Je kan complexe technische informatie helder en begrijpelijk uitleggen
  • Oplossingsgerichte en analytische ingesteldheid
  • Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkmethode
  • Klantgerichte en servicegerichte houding
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Empathisch vermogen en coachende aanpak
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Bereidheid om jouw technische kennis voortdurend verder te ontwikkelen
