Functieomschrijving

Voor een klant actief in de nucleaire sector zoeken we een sterk technisch-administratief profiel ter versterking van het team Hijswerktuigen.

Dat team beheert een uitgebreid park aan rolbruggen en hijsinstallaties. Een groot deel daarvan is meer dan veertig jaar in dienst, waardoor onderhoud, herstelling, vervanging en revamping een continu proces zijn. Daarnaast staat er de komende jaren een omvangrijk pakket aan wijzigingen en projecten op de planning.

Jij staat in voor alle documentatie die daarbij hoort. Daarmee ben je de vaste ondersteuning van de deskundige en van de werkvoorbereiders van het team.

Je takenpakket

  • Je schrijft en actualiseert procedures, werkinstructies en handleidingen.
  • Je stelt technische dossiers samen voor onderhoud, herstelling, vervanging en revamping.
  • Je werkt wijzigingsdossiers uit en volgt het administratieve traject ervan op.
  • Je verzamelt en verwerkt technische informatie van interne diensten, leveranciers en constructeurs.
  • Je bewaakt versiebeheer, archivering en traceerbaarheid van de documentatie.
  • Je ondersteunt de deskundige en de werkvoorbereiders bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van projecten.
  • Je bent binnen het team het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat documentatie betreft.

Wat breng je mee

  • Een bachelor elektromechanica of mechanica, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring in een technische omgeving, bij voorkeur in onderhoud, werkvoorbereiding of technische documentatie.
  • Een vlotte lezing van technische plannen, schema's en constructeursdocumentatie.
  • Ervaring met documentbeheersystemen en met MS Office.
  • Kennis van hijs- en hefwerktuigen of van de geldende normen en keuringsvereisten is een pluspunt.
  • Vlot Nederlands, mondeling en schriftelijk. Engelstalige technische documentatie lees je zonder problemen.
  • Bereidheid om de toegangs- en screeningsprocedure van de site te doorlopen.
