Kom werken als Technician 1 Brouwerij bij een toonaangevende bierbrouwer en zorg samen met ons voor de perfecte kwaliteit van wereldberoemde bieren! Wat ga je doen? Medewerkers van de afdeling verpakken zijn verantwoordelijk voor het afvullen van bier in fusten, flessen, blikken, tapvaten en speciale verpakkingen (zoals beertender en tapvat). Daarna worden deze primaire verpakkingen samengevoegd tot 4-pack, 6 pack, 12 pack in dozen en kratten etc. In de functie van Technician 1 is (technische en technologische) kennis vereist van de verschillende productie installaties, procesbediening en procesbeheersing en er wordt gewerkt volgens de TPM methode. Je werkt binnen een werkgebied aan een productielijn en doet binnen je eigen werkgebied specifieke kennis en ervaring op. Een verpakkingslijn bestaat veelal uit twee werkgebieden. Een werkgebied dat bestaat uit de werkplekken: ontstapelen, uitpakken, spoelen, en inpakken en/of stapelen. En een werkgebied dat bestaat uit de werkplekken afvullen, pasteuriseren en etiketteren. Binnen deze functie ben je dus je betreffende machines aan het controleren en bijsturen en het doen van verbetervoorstellen en deelname aan verbeterteams ter optimalisatie van de werkprocessen. Het rooster is grotendeels eentje die lijkt op een 5-ploegensysteem en deels in laagseizoen een 3-ploegensysteem. Dit wordt in september voor het daarop volgende jaar kenbaar gemaakt zodat iedereen tijdig zijn werkschema vooruit weet.
