Nous recherchons un chauffagiste pour rejoindre une entreprise stable et dynamique dans la région du Hainaut. Vous travaillerez principalement sur des bâtiments du secteur tertiaire et serez responsable de l’entretien et de la réparation des installations.

Functie omschrijving

  • Effectuer des contrôles préventifs des installations des bâtiments et des systèmes électriques
  • Contribuer à la planification et à la réalisation de l’entretien préventif pour éviter les pannes
  • Gérer les commandes de pièces nécessaires aux réparations urgentes
  • Réaliser diverses interventions pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des installations
  • Rédiger des rapports clairs sur vos interventions et informer votre responsable et le client en cas de changements imprévus
  • Respecter strictement les consignes et procédures de sécurité
  • Maintenir une communication régulière avec le client sur site et avec votre responsable à distance
  • Expérience pratique en tant que chauffagiste, idéalement dans le secteur tertiaire
  • Grande attention à la sécurité, pour soi et les collègues
  • Passion pour la technique et volonté de développer ses compétences
  • Les certifications techniques (VCA, G1, G2…) constituent un grand plus
  • Permis de conduire B
