Wij zijn actief op zoek naar een Technicus om ons team te versterken.

Als onze nieuwe technieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van technische ondersteuning op locatie.

Je zet je expertise in mechanica, elektronica en informatica in om ervoor te zorgen dat de installaties bij de klanten optimaal functioneren.

Jouw taken:

  • Preventief en reparatief onderhoud: Je voert onderhoud uit aan apparatuur en lost problemen met betrekking tot mechanica en elektronica op.
  • Installatie en inbedrijfstelling: Je helpt bij het installeren van apparatuur en zorgt ervoor dat alles voldoet aan de technische specificaties en goed werkt.
  • Opleiding van klanten: Je traint operators en personeel in het juiste gebruik en onderhoud van de apparatuur.
  • Technische ondersteuning op afstand: Je biedt technische ondersteuning op afstand (telefonisch of online) om vragen te beantwoorden en problemen op te lossen.
  • Rapportages: Je documenteert nauwkeurig de interventies, reparaties en verbeteringen die je hebt uitgevoerd en stelt gedetailleerde rapporten op.
  • Je hebt een diploma in mechanica, elektronica, informatica of een vergelijkbare opleiding.
  • Je hebt praktische ervaring met het onderhoud van mechanische en elektronische apparatuur.
  • Je beschikt over basisvaardigheden in informatica.
  • Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en bent klantgericht.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en lost problemen proactief op.
