The posting

Wat ga je doen?.

Voor de productie van gevelstenen beschikt Vandersanden over een continu volautomatisch productieapparaat. Hierbij staan de computergestuurde banddroger, mengerij, pers, uithardingskamers, coating en inpakstraat, frequentiegeregelde aandrijvingen en de PLC-gestuurde productiemachines centraal.

Op al deze processen en machines voer je werkzaamheden uit op besturingstechnisch gebied en op gebied van onderhoud. Dit houdt onder meer in:

· ombouwen, inregelen en testen van de installaties,

· overdragen van installaties aan productie,

· structureel analyseren van storingen samen met productie,

· Uitvoeren van correctief en preventief onderhoud en dit op elektrisch, mechanisch en smeer-technisch vlak

· storingen verhelpen door verbeterprojecten en preventieve onderhoudsopdrachten uitvoeren,

· het up-to-date houden van technische documentatie.

Je begeleidt en voert kleine en grote projecten uit. Daarnaast draag je bij tot de aanpassing, verbetering en ontwikkeling van de procesinstallaties en productiemachines. Je overlegt dagelijks met je collega’s via shiftoverleg en rapporteert aan de Teamleader maintenance. De functie vereist een veelvuldige aanwezigheid op de werkvloer. Je werkt nauw samen met productie. Je werkt in een twee ploegenstelsel en je bent bereid in een permanentiesysteem te stappen.

Dit heb je nodig

· Bachelor diploma Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

· Ervaring in een geautomatiseerde productieomgeving is een pluspunt.

· Naast kennis van besturingstechnieken (Siemens S7-TIA) heb je ook interesse in mechanica, elektriciteit, hydraulica, robotica, aandrijftechnieken en pneumatica.

· Je hebt een groot kwaliteitsbesef, een doe-mentaliteit, je bent flexibel en kan zelfstandig werken.

· Bij voorkeur ben je woonachtig in de nabijheid van Dilsen-stokkem.
