The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Ridderkerk werk je aan industriële automatisering en aandrijftechniek. Je ondersteunt klanten en collega’s bij technische vragen en combineert reparatiewerk in de servicewerkplaats met service op locatie. Je test schakelkasten, analyseert storingen en stelt installaties in bedrijf. Daarbij kijk je naar de samenhang tussen besturing, elektrische componenten en aandrijvingen. Ook pas je PLC-programma’s aan en zet je bestaande programmatuur om naar nieuwere generaties PLC-systemen. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je onderhoud en functionele testen af met het oplossen van technische problemen. Bij complexe werkzaamheden trek je samen op met project-engineers. Voor de verkoopafdeling ben je een technische vraagbaak, vooral over frequentieregelaars. Je legt reparaties zorgvuldig vast en draait mee in de serviceroulatie. Door die combinatie verdiep je je kennis van PLC-besturingen, storingsdiagnose en aandrijftechniek, zowel aan de werkbank als bij de klant. Wat ga je doen? - Ondersteunen van klanten en collega’s bij vragen over automatisering en aandrijftechniek - Uitvoeren van reparaties en onderhoud in de servicewerkplaats - Testen van schakelkasten en controleren van hun functionele werking - Analyseren van storingen op locatie, vervangen van componenten en uitvoeren van inbedrijfstellingen - Aanpassen van PLC-programma’s en migreren van programmatuur naar nieuwere PLC-systemen - Samenwerken met project-engineers en technisch adviseren van de verkoopafdeling over frequentieregelaars - Bijhouden van de reparatieadministratie en deelnemen aan de afgesproken serviceroulatie Wat vragen we van jou? - Mbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Praktische ervaring met onderhoud, reparaties en elektrische storingsdiagnose - Kennis van PLC-besturingen en vaardigheid in het lezen en aanpassen van PLC-programma’s - Inzicht in aandrijftechniek, frequentieregelaars en elektrische schema’s - Zorgv.
