Als technieker in de 2-ploegendienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de productiemachines. Je analyseert en verhelpt storingen, voert preventief onderhoud uit en denkt actief mee over technische verbeteringen. Met jouw kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatica zorg je voor een vlotte en efficiënte productie.

Een gemiddelde werkdag start met een inspectieronde langs de machines. Je bekijkt de onderhoudsplanning, ondersteunt operatoren bij technische vragen en grijpt snel in bij storingen. Naast het uitvoeren van revisies en verbeteringen, registreer je alles nauwkeurig in het onderhoudssysteem en overleg je regelmatig met collega’s en leidinggevenden over optimalisatie van processen.

  • Diploma elektromechanica (A2 of gelijkwaardig) of mechanische technieken
  • Basiskennis pneumatica, elektriciteit en PLC
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een plus, maar gemotiveerde juniors zijn welkom
  • Je bent leergierig, oplossingsgericht en een echte teamspeler
  • Bereidheid om voltijds in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken
  • Communicatief sterk en nauwkeurig in technische taken
  • Kritisch denken bij kwaliteitsbewaking en initiatief nemen voor verbeteringen
