Als onze nieuwe onderhoudstechnieker word je de technische spil binnen onze hypermoderne productieomgeving. In de vaste nachtshift werk je nauw samen met een hecht team van professionals in een propere, innovatieve setting. Je bent niet zomaar een storingstechnieker; je bent de redder in nood voor onze operatoren en de drijvende kracht achter een optimaal draaiend machinepark.

Om succesvol te zijn als Maintenance Technician, breng je het volgende mee:

  • Opleiding en ervaring: Je beschikt over een A2-diploma in een technische richting (Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit, etc.) of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Expertise: Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring opgedaan als technicus in een productieomgeving.
  • Technische skills: Je hebt een sterke basis in zowel mechanica als elektriciteit (of de enorme goesting om dit razendsnel bij te leren).
  • Soft skills: Je bent een communicatieve teamplayer die ook zelfstandig knopen doorhakt. Stressbestendigheid en een oplossingsgerichte mindset zitten in je DNA.
  • Instelling: Je bent flexibel qua takenpakket en hebt een oprechte passie voor technologische innovaties.
  • Preventief & Correctief Onderhoud: Je zorgt voor de technische beschikbaarheid van het machinepark door proactief onderhoud en snelle herstellingen.
  • Troubleshooting: Je analyseert en verhelpt defecten en storingen, zodat de productie nooit lang stilstaat.
  • First-line support: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor operatoren bij technische haperingen.
  • Installatie & Optimalisatie: Je installeert nieuwe lijnen en voert verbeteringen uit aan bestaande installaties om het rendement te verhogen.
  • Procesverbetering: Je denkt actief mee over hoe we ons productieproces naar een nog hoger niveau kunnen tillen.
