FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een ervaren technieker met een passie voor vrachtwagens en op zoek naar een leidinggevende functie? Wil je deel uitmaken van een stabiel, financieel gezond bedrijf met een persoonlijke aanpak? Dan is deze functie als Technieker Automotive – Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke dé volgende stap in jouw carrière!

Als werkplaatsverantwoordelijke stuur je een team van 6 techniekers aan. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de werkplanning, coördineert herstellingen en onderhoud, en zorgt voor een efficiënte en kwalitatieve werking van de werkplaats. Je staat in nauw contact met onze klanten en bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie met hen op. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en hands-on mentaliteit weet je steeds de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Organiseren van de dagelijkse werkplanning
  • Uitvoeren van eindcontroles op uitgevoerde werken
  • Telefonisch contact met klanten i.v.m. technische opvolging
  • Voorbereiden en verplaatsen van voertuigen naar technische keuring
  • Afleveren van vrachtwagens en opleggers aan klanten

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt leidinggevende ambities of ervaring in een coördinerende rol
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een technische dienst, bij voorkeur in automotive of transport
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, bent stressbestendig en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Rijbewijs CE is een grote troef
