Voor een internationale speler in de regio Kortrijk zoeken we versterking voor een team dat technische bijstand biedt aan zowel interne als externe klanten. Het bedrijf telt ruim 100 medewerkers binnen de elektronica-afdeling, en maakt deel uit van een grotere internationale groep actief in de industriële technologie.

Je komt terecht in een jong en hecht team waar elektronica, service en kwaliteit centraal staan. De onderneming heeft een filevrije ligging, een sterke reputatie binnen de technische dienst-na-verkoop, en investeert zichtbaar in haar medewerkers.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen over elektronische storingen aan industriële machines
  • Dagelijks leer je bij over sensoren, printkaarten, joysticks, laders, batterijen en meer
  • Je voert real-life testen uit op machines om storingen te detecteren en oplossingen aan te reiken
  • Het opzoeken van foutcodes, schema’s en handleidingen vormt een belangrijk deel van je werk
  • Je geeft technische ondersteuning via telefoon en mail, en handelt alles klantgericht en duidelijk af
  • Samenwerken met collega’s in het kwaliteitsteam leidt tot de beste oplossingen, die je documenteert in de interne kennisdatabank
  • Analyse van storingen gebeurt met hulp van ervaren collega’s, maar je werkt ook graag zelfstandig
  • Nauwkeurigheid, leergierigheid en probleemoplossend denken typeren jouw aanpak
  • Je beschikt over een A2-diploma elektronica of elektromechanica
  • Relevante ervaring met elektrische of elektronische machines is noodzakelijk
  • Je werkt vlot met Office, Google Drive en Salesforce voor klantenbeheer en technische opvolging
