Voor een geavanceerd productiebedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Onderhouds- en storingstechnieker die zijn technische kennis wil verder ontwikkelen binnen een hoogtechnologische werkomgeving van. Je komt terecht in een sterk geautomatiseerde proces- en verpakkingsomgeving binnen de drankenindustrie, waar je deel uitmaakt van een uitgebreid maintenance team van een 40-tal techniekers, verspreid over drie ploegen, die elke dag samenwerken om een vlot en betrouwbaar productieproces te garanderen. Er wordt sterk geïnvesteerd in opleiding en kennisontwikkeling, waardoor je de kans krijgt om uit te groeien tot een technische expert. Daarnaast zijn er op termijn zowel verticale als horizontale doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie. Je start onder een meteen vast contract onbepaalde duur bij opstart.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Na je opleidingsperiode sta je als Onderhouds- en Storingstechnieker in voor zowel het preventief als curatief onderhoud van volautomatische productie- en verpakkingsmachines.
  • Je lost diverse storingen snel en efficiënt op zodat de productieprocessen veilig kunnen verlopen en stilstanden tot een minimum worden beperkt.
  • Het onderhoud is zowel (elektro)mechanisch, pneumatisch, als elektrisch van aard.
  • Je bent aandachtig voor technische optimalisaties en doet verbeteringsvoorstellen zodanig technische storingen in de toekomst zoveel mogelijk te beperken.
  • Bij nieuwe productieorders sta je mee in voor de technische ombouw van de productie installaties.
  • Je ondersteunt bij modernisatie- en investeringsprojecten.
  • Je hebt een TSO of Bachelor diploma bij voorkeur binnen elektromechanica of elektrotechniek, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent hands-on sterk en hebt een technisch logisch inzicht.
  • Je hebt minstens een goede basiskennis van mechanica of elektromechanica. Kennis van elektrische sturingen en automatisatie is een mooie plus maar geen noodzakelijke vereiste.
  • Je bent vooral technisch gedreven en bereid om jezelf verder te ontplooien tot een technisch onderhoudsspecialist.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en werkt graag in team.
  • Je bent proactief, denkt oplossingsgericht en haalt voldoening uit technische uitdagingen.
  • Je bent bereid om in 3 ploegen te werken: vroeg, laat, nacht.
