The posting

Je werkt aan nieuwe trucks en zorgt ervoor dat ze tot in de puntjes zijn afgewerkt voordat ze aan de klant worden geleverd.

Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • Monteren en installeren van accessoires en extra uitrusting.
  • Plaatsen van lampenbeugels, verstralers, claxons en schakelingen.
  • Elektrische en technische aansluitingen uitvoeren.
  • Het interieur en exterieur van de truck verder afwerken.
  • Technische problemen opsporen en oplossen.
  • Controleren of alles correct functioneert en veilig is.
  • De truck nauwkeurig afwerken volgens de verwachtingen van de klant.
  • Zelfstandig werken, maar ook overleggen met collega's wanneer een technische uitdaging zich voordoet.

Je krijgt dus letterrlijk de kans om elke nieuwe truck mee vorm te geven. Nauwkeurig werken en trots zijn op het eindresultaat zijn in deze functie belangrijk.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een opleiding gevolgd in autotechnieken, automechanica of autotechnologie, of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring als monteur of technieker.
  • Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent handig en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in team werken.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om nieuwe technieken en systemen bij te leren.
  • Je haalt voldoening uit een truck die technisch en visueel perfect is afgewerkt.

Een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste:

  • Ervaring met vrachtwagens, bedrijfsvoertuigen of andere zware voertuigen.
  • Affiniteit met automotive en/of Volvo Trucks.
  • Ervaring met elektrische installaties of voertuigtechniek.
