The posting

In deze functie ontwerp je sturingssystemen en voer je complex technisch onderhoud uit. Zo waarborg je een veilige, efficiënte en duurzame werking van al de gebouwen en installaties.

  • Veilig en efficiënt plannen, aansturen en uitvoeren van complexe onderhoudstaken en deelprojecten om de werking van de installaties te garanderen
  • Signaleren, interpreteren, analyseren en oplossen van alarmen en storingen om procesonderbrekingen en defecten te voorkomen of op te lossen
  • Up-to-date houden van het beheerssysteem, logboeken en VGW's, en het opmaken van technische schema's (P&ID's, maatschetsen, elektrische schema's)
  • Verstrekken van technische instructies, opvolgen van werkzaamheden en opleiden van interne en externe medewerkers over (gewijzigde) installaties
  • Vertalen van functionele naar technische analyses, ontwerpen van sturingen/aanpassingen, selecteren van materialen en deelnemen aan projectoverleg tot en met de indienstname
  • Opzetten, beheren en programmeren van het automatiseringsnetwerk en interfaces om procesinstallaties te koppelen met het bedrijfsnetwerk
  • Een Bachelor of Graduaat in een technische richting (bijv. Elektromechanica of Automatisering), óf gelijkwaardig door aantoonbare praktijkervaring op medior niveau
  • Grondige kennis van Siemens PLC-omgevingen, SCADA-systemen en meet- en regeltechniek
  • Een no-nonsense, pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding
  • Ervaring met of begrip van het werken binnen een streng gereglementeerde omgeving (procedures, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen)
